Storage Fees
Storage fees will be applied if the boat is not picked up within five (5) business days after the completion of services. The storage fee is $25 per day will be charged for storage after the five (5) day period.

Mechanics Lien
If a boat is left without payment for more than 30 business days after the invoice date, Melvin's Lakeside Services reserves the right to apply a mechanic's lien. Customers will be notified before any action is taken, allowing them a final opportunity to make payment arrangements.

Late Fees
Late fees will be applied to any invoice not paid within 10 business days of the invoice date. A late fee of 1.5% of the total invoice amount will be charged per day until the invoice is paid in full.

Warranty Policy
Melvin's Lakeside Services provides a 90-day warranty on all services, excluding repower applications. The warranty covers parts and labor for any service-related issues but does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Changes to Terms
Melvin's Lakeside Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the website and it's services are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
